OYE Cab Refund Policy

At OYE Cab, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers in Kolkata, Howrah, East Midnapur, Hooghly, and West Midnapore districts. We understand that situations may arise where you may need to cancel your ride or request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
1. Cancellation by User
- Immediate Cancellation (Within 5 Minutes of Booking): If you cancel your ride within 5 minutes of booking, you will receive a full refund of any charges made.
- Cancellation After 5 Minutes: If you cancel your ride after 5 minutes of booking, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee will vary depending on the time of cancellation and the distance to the pickup location.
- No-Show by User: If you fail to show up at the designated pickup location within 10 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notification, a no-show fee will apply, and no refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation by Driver
- If your ride is canceled by the driver for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any charges made.
- In the case of repeated cancellations by drivers, please contact our customer service team to address the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
3. Refund Requests
- Eligibility: Refunds are eligible in cases of service failure, such as significant delays caused by the driver, vehicle breakdowns, or any other service issues beyond your control.
- Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of the scheduled ride time. Provide your booking details and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Review and Approval: Refund requests will be reviewed by our team, and a decision will be made within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
- Any tolls, parking fees, or additional charges incurred during the ride are non-refundable.
- Promotional discounts or credits used during the booking are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Disputes and Resolutions

6. Policy Changes
- OYE Cab reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users through our app and website. Continued use of our service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
